Family Forever

Hello, ladies! Sorry I have been MIA. I have not been feeling the crafting bug lately, but I think it is starting to turn around for me. I have a new project, and it's not like any other one I have done in awhile.
I bought this plaque, wall-hanging thingy at Home Depot months ago. I painted it shortly after I brought it home, and then it just sat a a shelf for a really long time. I am in the process of doing a deep cleaning in my scrap room and I came across this and decided that I just had to do something with it.
I used some sand paper to distress it, then used my Home Accents Cricut cartridge to cut out the flourishes. The paper that I cut it out from is My Mind's Eye's Lost and Found Portobello Road Family collection. I was really drawn to the colors in this line and had a hard time cutting them, but what is a girl to do? I bought the paper for a reason, so, I finally mustered up the courage to do it. The Family Forever label is also from that same line. I used Mod Podge to adhere it all down.
I think it turned out super pretty, and I can't wait for Brian to hang this up for me. Hope you enjoyed looking!
